Just downloaded F-fox12-7-2010 I clicked on toolbar and it dissapeared tool bar has no titles as book Mark" etc How do I restore standard F-Fox tool bar Thanks

Down loaded F FOX 12-7-2010. Today 12-8-2010 I was surfing and also starting to create various bookmarks for future use. I clicked on --something --in the bookmark field and lost all of the headings in the toolbar. ie titles as bookmark---tools---view--and so forth. I cannot restore the STANDARD TOP area of F FOX toolbar What do I do to restore the top headings of the toolbar? Thanks for your help
