Web sites load quickly until the site connects to quantserve.com. Then there is a long delay ... it can be minutes ... until the web page loads. The progress bar gets to about 90% before hanging. I've given an example of a site using this so-called "service" below. Quantserve collects statistics for its clients, apparently. Slate.com, Washingtonpost.com, etc which I've accessed for years have suddenly caused me grief.
