User Agent

Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729)

Chosen solution

See Uninstalling Firefox - MozillaZine Knowledge Base It contains instructions on how to manually remove Firefox if the uninstaller does not work.

Could the virus have infected your profile folder (location where Firefox stores bookmarks, passwords, cookies and other user data), if it has you may want to remove the profile folder as well, but will lose all of your user data.
