"https://www.onlinebanking.natwest.com/login" not functioning correctly.

When I use Firefox to access "https://www.onlinebanking.natwest.com/login" the site flashes "Are you still there?" message at 3 second intervals and I cannot enter my details to login. This does not happen if I use Microsoft edge to login. Is this a fault with Firefox or my PC?

Somebody else had the same issue, and it was caused by an ad-blocker they were using. (I'll try to find the link with screen shots and share here too.)

Try disabling your add-ons and logging in again to see if it helps.

You can then try to exclude the banking site from the add-on to stop interfering with it.

One similar report for RBS here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1579436 mentioned the same — and it seems resolved after disabling the adblocker and/or adding an exception for the banking site.
