How do I disable the banner that pops up and says "press escape to exit full screen"?
I am so tired of the stupid banner popping up every time I put something into full screen, that says "press escape to exit full screen".
Is there a way to disable that?
I am on a windows 10 PC.

Enter about:config in the address bar and set:

- full-screen-api.transition.timeout = 0

What do I do with all of that? I types the config thing in, but had no clue what to do from there, or with those other things you posted.
Did you press enter? Do you see a warning? Just click Accept the Risk and Continue to continue to the about:config page.
If it's your first time, maybe this will help:
(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.

(2) In the search box in the page, type or paste full-screen-api.transition and pause while the list is filtered.
Firefox should list about a dozen preferences. On this list, plain text indicates a default value and bold text indicates a customized value

Keep this tab open while you experiment with the results in a separate tab. After you get the timing where you want it, you can close about:config. If something is terribly wrong, use the left-arching Reset arrow at the right end of the row to restore the default value.
One other note: the ones with "warning" are the ones related to the alert that you entered full screen. The ones with "transition" relate to the brief blackout between regular view and full screen which annoys many people but isn't directly related to the alert.

I tried this, but it did not work, if I did it correctly. Some of the things say false, and do not offer an option to put in a 0.

Okay, please ONLY make the specific suggested changes.
full-screen-api.warning.timeout
This preference controls the length of time that the slide down alert stays on screen before sliding back up. The default value of 3000 milliseconds is about 3 seconds. If 0 does not work for this one, try 500 milliseconds (half a second) and see whether you get it sliding down and up very quickly. Can you see that change?
