hpw do i get my bluetooth devices linked to my laptop will not work with firefox

my i2i bluetooth devices will not connect to firefox audio and visual media only speaker on laptop seems to be default both devices are connected to laptop through settings i dont know how to do screenshots of my settings as i wish i would show that my two i2i devices are connected Thanks Gavin valued firefox user [email 1 removed]@live.co.uk [email 2 removed]@gmail.com both are my emails including the firefox account email perferred address
