no access to hotmail
Hello, suddenly I cannot log in to hotmail from firefox, from safari it is OK.

Thank you, jonz, I tried to open Hotmail in troubbleshoot mode but without success. I then uninstalled Firefox and installed it anew, an lo, I could access it. I have had Firefox for years and Hotmail even longer ( and I use MAC) so I can´t see why now this problem appeared. I could have something to do with my recent upgrade of Firefox, perhaps. Thank you once more for your help.

I'm in it everyday with no issues. see screenshot Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode
Did you clear the browser cache? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache
Also, full browser screenshots are more useful.
