Hi,

I have read conflicting statements. I changed my firefox account password and when I sync I am getting none of my bookmarks and other information.

Has all my account data been deleted because I changed my password?

Hi

Did you go through the "forgotten password" process or was it the "password change" process you went through?

Changing your Firefox account password should not cause the deletion of your account data. However, if you are not getting your bookmarks after you sync, there may be a few possible reasons for this

- Ensure that you have synced your data before changing your password. If you did not sync your data before

changing your password, you will need to manually restore your bookmarks and other data.

- Check your sync settings to ensure that your data is being synced properly. You can do this by going to the

Firefox menu, selecting "Options," and then selecting "Sync."

- If you are still not seeing your data, try logging out of your Firefox account and logging back in, or clearing

  your cache and cookies.

Follow the above mentioned steps and try sync again

I did forgot password.

All my data was synced because I firefox on my mobile and all my bookmarks, logins etc have been synced there.

In the firefox logs it says "sync successful" after i sync and there is no data.

I have tried logging in and out.
