I always use the system when printing and I'm tired of having to scroll all the way to the bottom to clicko click on the link. (Fussy, I know) Is there a way to make the link appear first instead of the Firefox dialog?

That pref is no longer supported (82-97).
Try this pref instead: print.show_page_setup_menu => true
