I've downloaded an anti-virus suite from Spectrum and it is asking me to enable the browser extension for Firefox. How do I do that?

Why do that when Windows 10 comes with Defender and malware detector for free? Your adding too much A/V scanning and result in allowing malware/virus to bypass the security. You shouldn't have to use a Browser A/V and AFAIK the best protection is to password protect the Admin/Owner account and create a Limited User account so virus attacks don't get past the Admin and install automatically leaving everything vulnerable in the end.
