I forgot my password to Firefox Sync account. But at the moment I can still access the account from one of my devices which i have previously logged in, and needs a way to backup all the sync data so I can restore them back to Firefox Sync after resetting the password. As I read, resetting the password clears all sync data as Firefox cannot decrypt the data without the old password. Is there a way to backup my current Sync data, and restore them after the reset? If so, can you please guide me on how to do it?

You have to go from the first computer that had the data stored on it. Sync isn't a backup method. If you don't remember the password there's nothing more that anyone can help here.
