URL so other can verify the issue and if it's a Addon/Extension issue or not causing issue.

Ahh, I see! An example of a webpage with Video is https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-politics-62055829. Once again the video on my PC freezes, restarts, and freezes, but the audio contiunues!
