I'm being blocked from login to my account & do not want to reset my passwd since I lose all my information. I may be using a wrong passwd & not sure about the passwd; I'm the real account holder & owner of the email. If reset doesn't work for firefox password and email address doesn't get the notification-there's not much anyone can do here.
