Firefox versions above 86.0.1 crash out on Saves and Save As with Windows 8.1

Whenever I try to update to a new version of Firefox from v86.0.1, they frequently crash out while trying to use a Save or Save As command. I have tried with multiple versions up to this v100, and they still do it. I have always had to revert back to the v86. I have tried most fixes that are shown on your help site, and in the Firefox settings. I am using the following hardware:

Processor AMD A10-7700K Radeon R7, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G, 3400 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

AMD R70-370 Direct X 11 12-gigs of RAM 2-gigs of Graphics Card RAM Windows 8.1 version
