I need to uninstall Firefox (will reinstall later); but all uninstall attempts come to "Refresh" and that Firefox is open (it is not open). Advice please.

Chosen solution

Did you verify in Task Manager FireFox isn't running? And so did you also try to uninstall it in Safe Mode with Networking?

I may be repeating myself here - lost again. Thanks for your help donthavecow; Task Manager stopped it and then it was able to be uninstalled. Thanks again.
