404 error since last update
there seems to be a problem when the web site you go to has a extension or calls an outside source to load an add on program within the site which causes a 404 error. I don't know if it is caused by an update or not. But using MS edge everything works and loads as it did before on fire fox. Is there a change in the SW that could have caused this to happen?

What link/website are you talking about? Are you talking about a problem with an extension?
where they(the bank) sends you to another url which says cannot find the link. Like checking rewards location.

Try opening firefox in Safe mode,
- Find the Firefox icon or click Start and type Firefox.
- Hold down the Shift key on the keyboard and then click the Firefox icon.
- In the Firefox Safe Mode window, click the Start in Safe Mode option.

what? safe mode just how would that solve the problem? seems to me that an update caused this problem and they should look into it.
Do you use a bookmark or are you starting with the main (home) page of this website?
If you use a bookmark to access a specific page then instead navigate to this page starting with the main page or with the sign in page in case there is a problem with this bookmark.
