I used to use Spotify web player to listen music, but I can not do it anymore yesterday. And it keeps showing the premium page that ask me to pay for it,even I click refresh or review 2021 best songs,it won't work properly. And I use Edge to try it again, then Edge works fine,by the way,I already clear cache and cookies, also restart Firefox multiple times, and even try the private mode and remove all my add-ons,still not working. Any idea would be great,Best regards.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
