Do you mean that Firefox has stored data you filled on a form in the past, and you want to erase it?
The older feature is Form history: Control whether Firefox automatically fills in forms
The newer feature is Address autofill: Automatically fill in your address on web forms
Does either of those cover the data you are concerned about?
