I received a message stating that my current "Firefox" needed to be updated to '64-Bit'. I updated and lost all of my favorite icons (25+). I also have to create an entire new account and password as I'm told the old is not correct, ! I'm not happy in losing all of my previous information & email account on the older version that I've had for years!!!!!!! Can I retrieve, reload, etc....

Hey there!

I am not a Mozilla employee but a contributor/volunteer. I will be contacting the Mozilla SUMO team about this.

I will reply as soon as possible about my findings.

Thank you!

Kind regards,

Bithiah

Is all your data gone? Sounds like a new profile was created. Try going to about:profiles in the URL bar. From there you may see the old profile listed, if so you can try to launch it.
