No, the three-dot "Page actions" menu has been removed in Firefox 89+ leaving only the star in the location bar by default. Various other icons like the zoom indicator and container icons can still appear in this area, but the drop down list and the ability to move icons to the menu has been removed.

The "Send Tab to Device" & "Share" options have been discontinued, correct?

They are still there, but only in the right-click context menu of a tab as you can read in the article I linked above.

  • Send Tab to Device: Right-click on the tab and choose Send Tab to Device.
  • Share: Right click on the tab and choose Share.
