how can I copy my firefox profile from my Windows PC's external SSD to my Macbook Pro?

My windows pc died. I removed the SSD and have it plugged into my MACBookPro, trying to copy my firefox profile into my MAC, but the instructions online are not clear and I can't find my Profile in my external Windows 10 SSD, to copy it onto my MACBook Pro's Desktop and then to copy my profile it into the Firefox on my MACBook Pro.

Can anyone help me?

Different computer systems use different file formats and may not be compatible.

You might want to try using sync. Note: Some data between different Firefox versions or computer systems are not compatible. You can sync bookmarks, history, and passwords.
