bold textGetting URLs to open the first time they're typed in. Currently, using a VPN, it spins and goes nowhere. If I open a second tab and put in the URL, it comes right up. Thoughts?

Is the second tab also using the VPN?

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
