Hello, Hope you are doing well. I am new here. Recently, I started using Firefox for my personal blog. But I am facing some issue in my Gmail account. The account that is connected with my site is not login in Firefox. I tried again again but every time it shows "Uncertain Error". Kindly, help me to access my official account. Thanks. This issue can be caused by cookies that are blocked by Firefox. There are several options you can choose to solve this issue.

Check the permissions: 1: Tools > Page Info > Permissions (Link): https://support.mozilla.org/kb/fix-login-issues-on-websites-require-passwords

"Clear the cache" and remove cookies only from websites: 2: Firefox > Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites: 3: Firefox > Tools > Options > Privacy > History > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

If clearing cookies didn't solve the issue then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies had corrupted. Now you can try the fourth option: 4: Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookies files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder if the file cookies.sqlite have corrupted.

You can use this method to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder: 5: Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)
