I was just examining the PageInfo area in Firefox for our Remote Desktop gateway. When I first click on the padlock, it says in green 'You are securely connected to this site'. However, when I click 'More information', under the 'Security' tab>Technical Details, it says 'The web site (our site) does not support encryption for the page you are viewing'. This seems strange - Firefox is happy with the SSL cert - everything green. The site has an HTTPS address, and HTTP is disabled. By virtue of it being an HTTPS connection, it's encrypted, SSL cert or not. If the cert was bad, and I clicked to proceed anyway, it would still be encrypted - that's what HTTPS does. So what doesn't Firefox like about the page? Any thoughts most welcome. Thanks. PS neither Chrome nor Edge flag up anything similar, in their equivocal areas.
