I get announcement about new FF updates but they don't download & install. they never have.

i saw this topic - "Re-enable multi-process support disabled by Windows utilities" and thought i'd try it.

first direction is about:config -> "Look for the accessibility.loadedInLastSession preference"

that isn't in the accessibility list on my machine. (Win 10 x64). so maybe that IS linked to whatever my problem is. ...
