Hello sailhopc,

I think you can import your bookmarks into FireFox by going to Menu >Bookmarks > ShowAll > backup/restore option.

I dont use Chrom. But if you can export bookmarks from Chrome as a html file then you can import that html file of bookmarks into FF.

As far as keeping both browsers syncronized, i dont know how to do that. But i do think that if FF is installed on other machines and devices and you create a FF account, they will be in sync.
