In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

Please, Do not post a screenshot ! !

Thanks for showing me how to give the reports, should've thought about googling it before posting lol.

So I only have 2 crash reports, both from an older version of Firefox: bp-b9594bc1-a866-457d-82d7-92afd0210113 bp-236c947f-3b04-4d60-bdfc-2b8c90210113

They both are from older versions, I'm currently on 84.0.2 - it seems that the drag and drop crash didn't generate a crash report.

I also tried to reproduce it right now, but it seems it's not always reproducing so it's hard to figure out what exactly causes it.

I reported it because it already happened multiple times, I'll keep an eye out on what I have open and so on when the next crash occurs.

Those reports are too old to be useful.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
