How do i restore my old passwords, bookmarks and plugins without access to my old computer.

I have been with firefox for about 6 years and 4 computers. I have never used firefox sync yet everytime before this, my computer has never required me to "sync" to get all my old account details. Please tell me there is a way to restore these without access to the old computer. Its a literal brick now with no possible way to access it.
