I have forgot my password to my account and also lost the 2FA codes. Since I have no longer access my account, I want Firefox to delete my account. I used a backup email on that account. I tried to open a new Firefox account with that backup account, but I wasn't allowed to create a new account with that backup email address.

I can provide you my national ID,passport and other ID cards to prove that I am the real owner of the account.

You can even video call me if you want but please delete my account so that I can open a new account with those emails.
