Is it possible to extract Add-on settings from a profile backup?

I tried to change some things in about:config which resulted in websites not working properly and reverting the changes wouldn't fix it, so I had to do a refresh of Firefox. The sites work like they used to now.

I'm still confused about Firefox Sync's functionality because when I set it up to sync my tabs it never wants to do it, but immediately after the refresh it downloaded all of my Add-ons right away, which was nice to see. However, my settings/options from those Add-ons are missing, like my uBlock filter lists or various Tampermonkey user scripts.

Is there any way I could recover the Add-on settings from the profile backup which the refresh created on my Desktop? There's a folder called browser-extension-data with some other folders inside, but they're all empty. I tried looking for it myself but couldn't find solutions. I also have a complete profile backup I manually made just before I the Refresh as a safety measure if needed. Thank you very much..!
