I have been playing lotro lord of the rings online for over 10 years . they did a software up date like a month ago. I could no longer get in after it the program loads then when trying to connect to its server it times out when putting me in line for it. I have been getting almost no help from the support for the game and think i have an idiot for a support person. As the first support responce was my graphics cards were no longer installed or working yet yet they do for everything else. then I was missing visual c and it was trying to re download it for me. which wouldn't update or download. now its not trying to do that but still wont let me connect to there server yet it thinks i am every time and staying connected but my side it dropping or timing me out. So i signed up for a different game raid and it wont even download saying my visual c and AKSoundesign.dll is missing and my .netframework4.8 is missing or not working. their support seems to not even know about firefox or how it works either did the microsoft support guy trying to help me fix the visual c. I tried disabling the windows firewall turning off the pop up blockers clearing historys updating windows updating firefox. Starting to think and feel like this is a other programs not wanting to play nice with firefox issue and turn me back to other browsers and software. just want to play my game thanks
