is there a way to go back a page and refresh simultanoeusly?

hi there!

i so often find myself hitting the back button, but then i have to hit the refresh button to get the current page. 

is there a way to do this at the same time?

Chosen solution

I get around this by; When I find a link I want to check out, I open it in a new tab/window. Then when I am done, I close it and am back where I started.
