Can't find saved credit card information

I allowed my credit cards to sync and I now have no option to view them. I had it set so it needed to have my Windows password before it opened them. I attempted to unsync them and look again, but there is still no option. I had all of my current plugins before this problem occurred. I also had my Anti-Virus before this problem occurred.

Currently, the ability to save credit card information is not available for everyone just yet. It should be fully available in Firefox 82. That could explain why you don't see the option on your computer.

If you need access to the credit card saving feature, you can try forcefully enabling it in Firefox by following these steps:

  1. Enter about:config in the Firefox address bar.
  2. Bypass the warning message (if required).
  3. Enter extensions.formautofill. into the search bar that appears on that page.
  4. Change the extensions.formautofill.creditCards.available preference to true (if required).
  5. Change the extensions.formautofill.creditCards.enabled preference to true (if required).
  6. Change the extensions.formautofill.available preference to on (if required).
  7. Restart Firefox.

That's just the thing, all of that was set before last update. I've been saving my credit cards since I got a new one back around June. When I go into that configuration area again, all of that is on.
