You are using a very old and unsupported version of Firefox. Perhaps it doesn't have the features required to display the regular website, so it's displaying a version that the website designer has included for old or mobile devices.
Websites that use display:flex or special JavaScript won't work properly in Firefox 52. Since you are on Windows XP you can't update beyond Firefox 52 ESR.
