about:Config no longer has browser.newtab.url so how does one change a new tab to what we want it to be?

The question is self-explanatory. I want my new tab to be a search engine not listed. Since I cannot seem to change my default search engine to what I want hence this seems to be my only alternative. I want my search engine to be either https://www.oscobo.com/ or https://searx.xyz/ (I am sick of Google, Bing and Yahoo! and how they work (This applies to Waterfox as well BTW) My OS: Windows 10 Pro
