In your video the optional top menu bar keeps appearing and disappearing. On Windows, Firefox has two keys that will trigger the menu bar to appear and disappear: Alt and F10. You can disconnect the Alt key from doing that to see whether it helps:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.

(2) In the search box in the page, type or paste menuacc and pause while the list is filtered

(3) Double-click the ui.key.menuAccessKeyFocuses preference to switch the value from true to false

With this change, tapping the Alt key should no longer cause the menu bar to appear and disappear, but you can still use Alt+F to call up the File menu, etc.

Does that help?
