When I try to log in to My BT, with correct details, I get a page come up with 'arcot authentication adapter controller'. It stays on this blank page and will not log me in. I am using W10 and FF 79.0.

If I enter the same details on my other PC, which uses Waterfox, it goes straight in.

Any help would be appreciated.
