This is the 3rd time trying to post my question. When I open some of your automated replies which do not help, and try to go back, my question disappears. The latest update was irrelevant to my usage, so I resisted uploading it. In trying to get rid of the frequent reminder to update, I apparently did load the update. Now it takes longer to load my email, or switch to my wife's email. She is not happy, which makes me unhappy. Can that update be reversed?

Hi fllpjl43,

Rolling back updates is not supported or recommended, as each new Firefox version fixes critical security issues in the older versions.

In order to possibly help you with this issue I need a little more info. What email service are you having trouble with in Firefox? Does this only happen when accessing this email in Firefox or also in other browsers? How long has it been since you cleared Cookies and Site Data and is there a lot of data in there? This can slow things down if it is overloaded.

Here are instructions for viewing and clearing data: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/storage?as=u&utm_source=inproduct&re...

If you clear everything, you will have to sign back in to services that you access from Firefox.
