Yellow line pops up across top of screen and says "a website is causing your computer to run slow ::: stop it or wait." If I have time, I click stop it, but that doesn't seem to help the speed. and, it only appears again later.I have had Dell tech in several times and they can't find what is causing it, or where it comes from. PLEASE HELP!
