I have checked Junk, Spam, Clutter, my organisation's quarantine list and accounts@firefox.com is in my contacts. I have received these emails numerous times before but I have been trying for 2 weeks and nothing. Setting up a secondary email on a different and totally unrelated email address also hasn't worked

Such e-mail is always sent to the address on file with the website.

Check your user profile at the site.

Go to the top of any support.mozilla.org web page and press your user icon to see your Mozilla profile. Including your questions and answers.

Thanks Fred for the suggestion but I am using the email address as my account profile.
