Cannot live stream youtube videos even though Windows Media Pack is installed.

I have Windows Media Feature Pack installed, but I cannot live stream YouTube videos with Firefox. I have Firefox Developer Edition version 72.0b11 (64-bit). I get the following message: "Your browser does not currently recognize any of the video formats available. Click here to visit our frequently asked questions about HTML5 video."

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

NB: Live streaming is possible with other browsers.
