Printing from Firefox changes my printer to a pause setting and when I correct it, it changes back- then I am unable to print anything.

When I try to print from firefox- it changes my printer to a pause setting and then after I change it to resume, it changes it back to pause. This has never happened before. I did do the reset option that others suggested- no change for me.
