How do disable Firefox auto update for all windows active directory users?

Wanted to disable auto update in an active directory user environment. But when switching from one user to other user(s), firefox is being updated automatically. Is there anyway to solve this?

This can be done using the DisableAppUpdate option in an AutoConfig file (see Customizing Firefox Using AutoConfig) or by using Windows Group Policy (see Customizing Firefox Using Group Policy (Windows)).
