Hi, please see if these help :
If not please explain further what the issue is with your not printing pages as you have not described anything. Description is key to helping you.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
Your right i left an important piece out. When I try to print a web page (or part of one)in FF 1st of all print preview is blank(just found that out this am)when I click print I get a BLANK PAGE
Firefox has problems with pages that use certain style rules, and we can try to troubleshoot those on a case by case basis. However, if you get a blank printout or blank preview even from very simple pages -- for example, https://www.jeffersonscher.com/res/searchjson.html -- then there's something else going on.
Were the two linked articles helpful at all?
I went back and tried an all text web page.same thing blank preview and a blank page ejected from printer. Is the only FF available now is the Quantum 64bit? my it guy says I'm running a beta
Hi, no Firefox comes in both 32 and 64bit. The stub installer small one that activates the download will auto choose for you. Everyone else got upped to 64bit several versions ago if they were 64bit.
It guy wrong.
If you want to go back to 32bit you can do that by choosing the proper download off of this page :
- https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ or if you are part of a organization that needs stability over bells and whistles :
or can think bigger :
The Developer Edition stays in beta :
As for fixing your printing there should be a update tomorrow to version 62. If not alerted restart Firefox and please try to force it by going to Help --> About. Will hope the update fixes your issue. If not please get back to us.

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/search/?platform=windows&q=print No idea if any of these will help. Wait till update to 51 tomorrow.
well I did the update to 62.0 32bit and still no print from web pages in FF,Is there going to be an update to the 64 bit version?
Version 62 should be available for both 32-bit and 64-bit Firefox.
Did the steps in either of the two troubleshooting articles help?
the new version (s) for 64&32bit that i got was ver.61
and neither of your suggestions(links) worked for me
Wondering if the problem occurs with all printers, or only the one you mentioned in your original question.
Does Windows 8.1 include Microsoft's PDF printer as one of the choices in the Print dialog?
Or would you be interested in installing a PDF printer driver? For example: https://www.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator
(Note: when using a PDF printer, do not check the "print to file" box in the print dialog, the PDF printer driver handles that automatically.)
Hven't tried the MS pdf printer yet.I just noticed both my browsers show "Quantum" 64 or 32 bit.Is this correct or do I have the wrong browsers.BTW been a FF user for years

If you go to menu > Help > About Firefox in Firefox 61, the panel says "Firefox Quantum" instead of "Firefox". Is that where you were looking?
yes that's where I'm looking
it's now 8/22/18 I still can't print from FF 61.0.2.I got on google to ask the fix, followed the directions and still get the pop-up window"An error occurred while printing."and then my printer sends a blank page.as a reminder ALL other Browsers (I use) opera&IE print fine this has been going on for 2 months I did have 64&2bit versions, but last update changed the 2 to 64 a/c my desktop is a 64bit machine
