How do I change the color of the Tab Bar at the top of the browser from black to any other color.

I find the color change in this version 57.0 (64-bit) To a black background with white letters is vary harsh on my eyes. Reversing the colors with the Tab that is open. It is easier to tell which Tab is open. I have a mac-book pro and it's tool bar is black so your browser just blends in and seems like part of the desk top making it a little harder to separate the two and easier to click on a drop down then a tab. This change is harsh on my eyes and more fatiguing, a subtle blend of colors is always easier on the eyes. If the color can't be changed how do I go back to the previous version? Thank you for any assistance. John McLeod

I have changed my background to light in themes but the other tabs, when not in use, are still showing black and I do not like that. I have colorful tabs add-on but it has never done this in the past. How do I get the black background to go away? UPDATE Found the solution! It was colorful tabs so I disabled it.

The add-on 'Colorful Tabs' has just been updated and migrated to Webextensions ...... (about 15 hours ago) If it doesn't do what you want (yet), you could try to contact the developer.

I disabled colorful tabs and it changed back to white. I could not find anywhere to change it over so I just disabled it instead.
