I do not remember what all Mozilla Fire Fox does for me. Does it do the same thing as Crash Plan?

Chosen solution

I am looking for a backup to the external hard drive. It doesn't sound like this will do that, as it is only a browser. Thanks for your help and knowledge.

I do not want to pay for the same service from 2 different companies. I had Crash Plan and now that is going out of business. I have Thunderbird and Mozilla Fire Fox. When I signed up for this, I also agreed to a warranty that covered things like discussed in that following e-mail - I am wondering what the warranty covers that I have if it covers the same as the Crash Plans still available. I can't find a copy of that warranty. Here is the e-mail discussion with my nephew that helps me with my computer: Subject: Re: Attention: Important Information about your CrashPlan for Home Account I believe we are using the free version to backup to both the external hard drive, and the other computer.

Option 1 Buy a CrashPlan Small Business account for $120/yr for 1PC or $240/yr for both PCs ($10/month/device) Allows local hard drive backup like you are using it now. Bonus: includes unlimited cloud storage. (This is the easiest and safest, and using it for just 1PC (your main PC) would provide an additional cloud based backup so we aren't just relying on Acronis for the cloud.)

Option 2 Buy Carbonite Plus for Home for $99.99/yr for 1PC or $199.98/yr for both PCs Allows local hard drive backup like you are using it now. Bonus: includes unlimited cloud storage.

Mozilla.org has nothing to do with Crash Plan.

All Mozilla software is free.

If you have any questions about Firefox, this is the place to ask.

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

What services are included in Mozilla Software? What services does Firefox include? I was aware that Mozilla was not connected with Crash Plan, but I wondered if anyone know if they offered the same services. I appreciate your time and information.

Firefox is a web browser. It or its add-ons can do many things, Thunderbird is an e-mail browser only.

I don't think there are any 'services' to offer. Can you provide information on what you are looking for?
