I created a "bookmarks.html" file as suggested but when I try to import it on my new Windows 10 computer with Firefox browser, nothing happens. What steps am I missing? Is there another import command that should be used? Thanks in advance.

You can open the HTML file in a Firefox tab (File > Open File) to see if it contains your bookmarks.
