Crash ID: bp-ed805677-3d5f-4d3f-a97f-69dcc2170131

The Server has been rebooted. I have attempted to run Firefox in safe mode (Firefox.exe -safe-mode) and it still fails. I have uninstalled Flash and still fails. Reinstalled to the latest version. I have uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled. Event log shows an error for Plugin Container muzglue.dll.

All efforts have failed. Any thoughts / suggestions would be appreciated.

hi, this crash is caused by the trusteer rapport program that is running on your system unfortunately - please make sure that it's full yup to date or otherwise see https://trusteer.secure.force.com/PKB/articles/en_US/FAQ/browser-crashes/p
