For web access to such streams as Live CNN, Live Fox, Live Bloomberg, etc, there is a subscription requirement for cable users. I have that access, and I can view it from this computer but from Internet Explorer, not from Firefox. I've downloaded and installed most recent versions of Flash and Firefox. Win 7 keeps up updated automatically. I go to the website channel for the Live stream I want, but I only get a black screen when I click "Watch Live" in Firefox. In Internet Explorer, I get a dropdown menu of cable and internet subscription providers, with some of their logo's. I click on mine (TimeWarner Spectrum) in Internet Explorer, and I go live stream. But when I click on Live in Firefox, I get no login screen to choose Spetrum or any other provider. Nothing. it's just dead. What is blocking the complete login process ?
