I downloaded Firefox several months ago and love it - it is the best! But I have the following problems:

1. I tried to sign in, Firefox said my user name was wrong, and would email me. Never did. 2. I tried to sign up for newsletter. Never got one. 3. I tried to set up a monthly donation. My Paypal account has not been used. 4. I get an error message every single time I turn off Firefox. There is a place which says describe problem. I do, every single time. We are up to 30 or 40 reports, all of which say contact me. No contact. Same problem every day.

I don't think you know I exist. How can we fix that?

Sorry for the problems. Okay, let's get started.

1) What is it you are trying to sign into?

2) Did you use the correct e-mail address? Please try again.

3) Please give more details of this.

4) What error message? Are you talking about a crash report? Crash reports go to the Mozilla servers, not to us.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

Thank you for responding.

1. I am trying to sign in on the Mozilla page - upper right corner, clicked sign in.

2. I always use the correct email address since Firefox provides it for me. When it does not, I double check my typing, and usually try a second time if it doesn't work.

3. I think that was trying to donate. Can we come back to that one in a minute?

4. I don't understand your screen shot. I have only ever seen the home page address bar. If I type there, I get Google's list of Firefox sites, none of which are about crashes. If U click on one of those I get a green Mozilla Foundation. the an address that begins with the http://.

There are two boxes where you can enter test in the toolbars. One is the search box. The other is the web address box. (see photo)
